AI-Generated Content

Speeches generated by Wedding AI are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce high-quality, appropriate content, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the final content of any speech you deliver
  • AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate content
  • You own the rights to use the generated speech for your personal purposes

Payment & Refunds

Some features of Wedding AI require payment. By purchasing a premium plan or package, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. Contact us to request a refund.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing customers before any price changes affect their accounts.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Wedding AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the delivery of speeches created using our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
